Week 1: Familiarize yourself with the codebase

  • Get Tempest + 8ch pipette + tip boxes, etc on ml1-056
    • make a new version of the cell binding protospec that can use the above Familiarize yourself with our current AMR stack and some difficulties with it

Overall goal this summer: bring up the new AMR platform, with bimanual arms. Interact with fridges, incubators, and other instruments.

Week 2: Unbox AMR, get navigation stack up and running. If additional hardware is needed, order it. leave some time aside for irving stuff.

Week 3: point to point navigation working reliably now.

Week 4: Arm assembly, installation, basic software infrastructure (Saahas to scope out the arms we’re going to put on the AMR)
