Note dated 11 aug 2026 I am transiting the age of 86 - 87 years. I am a diabetic and hypertensive patient.
Regarding diabetes I am advised to take ozempic injections. I take ozempic injections 0.25mg on 1st, 8th, 15, and 22nd of July 2026 after stopping glimepiride 1mg at lunch and 8 units of insulin (Glargine-yfgn). I am unable to tolerate the ozempic injections with it’s side effects, so I shifted back to glimepiride 1mg with lunch and 8 units of insulin (Glargine-yfgn) as of Jul 29th, 2026. The sugar levels can be seen in Libra 3 plus.
Regarding hypertension Cardiologist Dr. Sharotri saw me ono 14th May 2026. I am taking Amlodipine 10mg. The fourth generation medicine for Amlodipine is Cilnidipine. I switched from Amlodipine to Cilnidipine from 06/29/2026.
Regarding breathlessness I am advised to increase Carvediloldose from 6.25mg to 12.5mg in June 2026. I am also advised to to increase Atorvastatin Calcium from 20mg to 40mg in June 2026. I am taking the medicines as prescribed. Now I am not feeling any breathlessness on long walks and in climbing steps.
