- 1 with Lynx (@Saahas)
- 1 with plate washer (@Andrew Pasco)
- 2x plates manually (@Ajai Pulianmackal to prep + stain, @Saahas to run)
- 1 with lid on cytometer to see if that reduces gradient / bleaching
- 1 with different read order on cytometer

- get rid of all of the other lasers other than PE and Pacific Blue
- adjust gain to 300
